The crisis with the refugees from Asia Minor coming in thousands to the Central Europe demands a special attention:

• First of all refugees are fellow human beings and deserve compassion, help and support.

• But it needs to be aware that the masses of refugees carry in their memory and presence the most difficult pattern of dualism, a combination of religious war (war between members of community swearing to the same holy book) combined with a merciless fratricidal war.

• Be also aware that the refugee stream is intentionally moving to the central Europe to settle there. In the geomantic body of Europe the Central Europe (consciousness field between Bern, Frankfurt, Prague and Zagreb) is responsible of holding the complex connection to the matrix of the Earth thus facilitating the inspirational role of Europe related to the planetary transformation process.
• The great achievement of European Union in 2004 was that the duality pattern that paralyzed the inspiration of Europe through the “Iron Curtain” was healed. Central Europe became whole again. The refugee stream threatens this unity by introducing its regressive patterns of dualism – including the outmoded relationship between the feminine and masculine principle – into Europe’s centre. Division already occurred among the western and eastern EU politicians related to the question how to deal with the refugees.
• What can be done? The centre of Europe needs to be strengthened and protected at the consciousness level so that its unity can not be lost. Certainly it has a sense that the refugee stream shatters many of false images of Europe’s identity. But the future of the Earth and its living organism should not be threatened.

Some proposals how to act:

Imagine that the refugee streams approaching Central Europe are not moving through state borders but through rainbow coloured membranes so that the shadows of dualism they are carrying with them get transformed into inspiration towards fraternity and unanimity.

Breathing exercise to strengthen the solar plexus of Europe called “Central Europe”; the proposed imagination runs parallel to the actual breathing:

• Inhale from the core of Gaia

• While exhaling imagine to breathe-out at the level of the solar plexus (the area between the end of the breast bone and the navel). Imagine that the breath flows in both directions, to your front and back space simultaneously. A short pause

• Then inhale at the same level taking breath from your back and front space simultaneously.

• Exhale into the Universe. A short pause

• Inhale from the width of the Universe and exhale as before at the level of the solar plexus.
• After a short pause inhale as before and exhale towards the core of Gaia.

• Continue breathing like this for a while identifying your solar plexus with the Central Europe.

Imagine a sphere of protection around the area of Central Europe and make sure that it is in resonance with the matrix of Gaia as it pulsates at the core of the Earth at this moment. Use your own solar plexus as a medium of attunement.

In August 2015 as an international LifeNet group we have carved a geopuncture circle dedicated to different species of animals in Adrspach/Donov in Bohemia. Since then my experience is that animals are ready to enter into a deeper relationship with the human family again and to offer help in different aspects of life and creativity.

The purpose of the Meditation of the Month is to renew the link between animal and human evolutions.

Below is the list of animal cosmograms that we have carved in Bohemia, to give an idea, with which animals to connect. Later the praying manta and the coq appeared as excellent helpers in transformation processes.

You are free to add also other animal archetypes to the list, of course.

Proposal, how to start the meditation is following:

• Choose the animal you would like to experience, perhaps to collaborate with.

• Sitting or standing position your feet so that the fingers touch and the heels are apart as much as possible. In this way you communicate to the animal world that you are interested to contact its inner (causal) level.

• Imagine the chosen animal in front of you. Connect with it.

• Then allow it to glide through your body into your back space, so that it can appear in its archetypal form.

• Continue according to your intention.

DRAGON POWERS OF GAIA BLOCKED IN THE MOMENT WHEN NEEDED

The dragon powers are the archetypal powers of life. They make life upon the Earth possible.

In the moment when the life organism of the Earth is under the threat of extinction, Gaia needs her dragon powers to be free and be able to support the organism of the planet in its process of transformation.

Dragons are in effect angelic beings of the Earthly universe.

The dragon powers are equal to the powers of a woman giving birth to the child.

To control the birth-giving capacities of Gaia, the patriarchal societies have invented awkward patterns to suppress her primordial powers.

The pattern of the “dragon killer” (like Saint George) was invented and made popular.

Not less dangerous is the hidden pattern that tends to undermine the unanimity among women.

Instead of supporting each other in their cosmic role of giving space to the archetypal (dragon) powers of Gaia so that they can become creative within the life’s tissue, women tend to become victims of envy or superficiality.

The same can be said for the feminine face of man.

There is a great need to transmute the two patterns. Here some proposals:

• Imagine your belly cavity is equal to the womb of Gaia. How does it feel? What kinds of beings are active there?
• Then lift the experienced quality with the corresponding gesture to the level of your heart (or even throat) and make it be present within the world in front of you.

• Call an animal that knows giving birth through the womb to appear behind your back and transfer to you the quality of being pregnant with life.

• Share the quality emerging within your belly with your environment as above.

• Ask Gaia to endow you with the presence of a dragon.
• Imagine it to appear two steps behind your back – which corresponds to the position of the animal ancestors (i.e. mythical animals) within the causal world.
• Then allow its power to glide as pure water from there through your body, wiping out all the shadows of the above mentioned patterns stored within your cells.

• Imagine that this transmuting water flow touches also other women worldwide.

THE TRAGEDY OF GREECE

If the backbone of Europe extends between Greece, the central Europe and Island, this means that Greece represents the coccyx of Europe and Europe’s grounding system.

Further it means that Greece, Aegean and specially Crete stand for the archetypal connection between Gaia, the Earth soul and the elemental world of the Earth surface, (and the human culture in the next instance too).

It means that by pushing Greece into chaos the link that is essential for life that exists upon the Earth can be broken.

• If you lay your left hand with the palm upwards and the five fingers apart in front of you, you will see the geographic body of Greece. The thumb represents Attica and the four fingers the four extensions of Peloponnesus reaching into the Mediterranean and further on to the life birthing core of the Earth.
• After your hand was tuned to the geographical Greece imagine that at the tip of each finger a bright star is shining. (Position also the right hand with thumb to the left and imagine the same stars at its tips of fingers.)
• Go with both hands through the water of Mediterranean along the body down towards the heart of the Earth to reestablish the link with Gaia and her dragon powers. Take time to experience.

• Then return to the horizontal position of the hands to identify with the geographical Greece again.

• Put both hands crosswise upon your chest to add the strength of your heart centre.

• Repeat the exercise few times.

The second proposal has to do with a similar aggression turned against the elemental world within and around us.

1. Imagine a soft waterfall of different colors gliding from the top of your head along the back side of the body to protect the back and its links with the causal background of the embodied world.
2. When arriving at the level of the coccyx imagine creating around that area of the body a protecting sphere (perhaps of color blue).

3. Imagine such a sphere also protecting the core of the Earth, the womb of Gaia.

4. Let the two spheres approach each other and intersect so that a firm link is formed connecting the two vital centers. (Be aware that the coccyx area stands in resonance with the area of Greece because they perform a similar function, one in the human body and the other in the body of Europe.)

The third proposal is based on breathing.

• Stand upright with feet a bit apart and parallel to each other.

• Be aware of a golden point between the feet which is in resonance with the heart of Gaia.

• Imagine from there a golden tube positioned upright through the center of the body. I call it “the flute of Gaia” because it has holes at different levels of the body to create inaudible sound while breathing.

• Take the first breath from the center of the Earth and lead it to the level of the coccyx.

• There you should breathe-out through the corresponding holes of the flute. Breathe out in the direction forward and backward simultaneously.

• Breath-in in the opposite direction but through the same holes and breathe out into the cosmos.

• Take the next breath from cosmos pulling it down to the level of the coccyx. Breathe-out and breathe-in like before.

• Finally breathe-out towards the core of the Earth.

• Now the breathing cycle starts from the beginning. You can use this time another hole of Gaia’s flute…Continue breathing to make sure that the manifested life of the Earth surface is in exchange with the heart of Gaia and the connection secure.

FREEDOM TO WATER

During a concert dedicated to whales and dolphins (part of the international meeting of Lifenet in Bad Meinberg) I received a call from the race of dolphins directed to humanity, saying “Do not destroy the Earth, our common heritage!”

During the last days this call got a more touchable background. It turns out that the alienated human civilization has developed more or less secret ways to enslave the element of water with the aim to govern the web of life.

There exist three aspects of enslaving water. Here are proposals how to work towards freeing the water body regarding the three aspects.

1

Water represents the backbone of the sacred web of life. Infusing water with distorted information the backbone of life’s organism upon the Earth is about to be pushed out of balance. As a result phenomena may appear upon the Earth that do not belong to the family of Gaia’s creation at all.

1. Imagine that your backbone transforms into a solid column of water. Make sure that the upright position of the water column be restored through identification with your backbone.
2. Be aware that different layers of the water column represent different aspects of life and the access to different families of beings that all are based upon the water cycle.

3. Then allow the water column to disperse, its different layers bringing the information to the corresponding aspects of the web of life.

As a consequence of human ignorance towards the sacred dimension of water consciousness (as embodied for example by dolphins and whales) a demonic kind of consciousness is taking on governance over large portions of oceans and other water bodies.

To support the dolphin consciousness, take on following position:

• Your heels touch each other while the feet are apart as much as possible. You got one leg and the dolphin tail.

• Lift your hands to the side of your breast at the level of your heart to mimic dolphin’s dorsal fins and to open your heart.

• Experiencing yourself as a part of the global noosphere (consciousness sphere) of dolphins and whales, the presence of the cosmic water dimensions is confirmed and supported.

The third aspect is difficult to explain. It is about occupying the primeval powers of water to secure that the dominance over the Earth stays firmly in the hands of organized religious systems.

1. Imagine that your backbone from the scull down to the coccyx is washed in pure source water to become a clear water column.

2. Then imagine that from the core of Gaia a golden water column reaches your coccyx. The two water columns fuse at the coccyx to become one.

3. Make sure that nobody else has approach to your coccyx except the Mother of life.

4. Distribute this information throughout all water bodies of the Earth.

FREEDOM TO THE ANIMALS

Human beings have forgotten how closely our destiny is related to the destiny of the animal kingdom. We are a kind of reincarnation of different animal species.

We share the thread of life with animals.

As much as human beings violate the law of life by killing each other, we do violate the flow of life through extinction of animal species and holding others prisoners in humiliating conditions.

The proposal is to work during the following month on developing new patterns of relationship between humanity and the animal world by using one’s own body that can be considered as closely related to the animal kingdom.

Here are some proposals:

1

• Choose an animal to invite it into your body space. It can be also your personal power animal. After a while imagine that the animal leaves your body space by walking backward towards the realm of its ancestors (towards its archetype stored in the memory of its ancestors).

• Walking backward is not easy for animals. Help it to move slowly step by step backward.

• After few steps are done, be attentive to perceive the fragrance of the original animal world.

• Then invite the animal to approach your body again and lead it (now reconnected) through you body into the realms of the manifested world as a symbol of hope for the animal species.

Look into the eyes of an animal and then enter the cosmic ocean behind its eyes to recognize animals as beings of the universe. (It can also be done as an imagination.)

• Experience the peace of the animal through the uroboros principle. Uroboros is a snake biting its own tail.

• Imagine going with your feeling/consciousness backward in a semi-circular way till you reach the realm where the animal archetypes are stored.

• Experience!

• Then continue with the circular path till you reach your coccyx. The circle is connected. How does it feel?

In the last time, we often experience that we perceive people, even good friends, in a different way than before. Often we have the impression to have lost the contact, and that others don’t understand us any more and vice versa. Also in nature, we experience that the perceptions we were used to don’t “work” any more. We are sure that this is a consequence of the current changes. We enter new spaces, where new rules are in effect. We have to find our orientation again.

Some people are clearly aware of this, others not yet. That makes us uneasy and may lead to conflicts. The disposition to extreme violence, which certain groups are currently showing, is certainly an expression of this unease. We have to find out, where we are in this new space in order to be able to experience the universal development consciously.

ORIENTATION IN THE NEW SPACE

Find a place, at home or in nature. Get in touch with this place –perceive it as a place of the Earth. Your heart centre is the eye of a needle. Imagine to stand behind your back and look through the needle eye into the world in front of you. You should really look around you with open eyes to perceive the new quality of the space in the day world (i.e. both at the same time) Look around in your surroundings. Where are you? Explore the space around you. Are you alone? Gather your own experience –but always keep in touch with the earth.
Be open for surprises

RENEWING THE PEACE MATRIX
In the time of great changes there is the tendency to distort the powers of transmutation and to mislead them, so that they would become powers of destruction. This might be the last attempt by the forces governing the world in the process of transformation, to prevent the new up going cycle of change to manifest. Peace is at hand but we are witnessing an escalation of warfare.
Here are some proposals, how to strengthen the archetype of peace by removing some obstacles that prevent peace to prevail.

Peace meditation with the dove, the olive branch, and the angel of peace

1. Enter your inner peace. Then call the idea of peace forth from your heart space with the prayer gesture. The white dove of peace was born representing the human will to embody peace on Earth.
2. But it has no olive branch yet in its beak. The archetypal powers of Gaia that would give peace idea the strength to manifest in life and political situations are missing. Without the cooperation of the loving dragon powers of Gaia, symbolized by the strength and nourishing power of the olive tree, there is no hope for a lasting peace.
3. Lead the white dove from your heart space through your throat in a bow downwards towards the deepest point of your pelvic cavity. There upon the pubic bone an olive branch is positioned.
4. Along its flight towards your back space, the dove picks up the olive branch. Some moments may be needed here to feel the quality embodied by the olive tree.
5. Continuing its circular flight the dove with the olive branch arrives at the point behind your heart. There the third element of peace needs to be integrated.
6. The point behind your heart is focus of the angel of peace. It stands for the cosmic peace quality. Take yourself enough time to experience its presence.
7. Afterwards the dove of peace continues its flight above your head towards the manifested world distributing the peace impulse worldwide.

There are other issues that need to be worked on during this period of transition from one year’s cycle to another. Let me just mention some, inviting you to find your own way to work for peace:
• The loss of the inner peace of the individual
• The transmuting powers of the Black Goddess have been cursed to become forces of evil.
• The loss of relationships with the world of ancestors and descendants as the source of inspiration towards peace
• Distortion of the masculine principle to become the driving power behind the warfare
• Distortion of the message issued ages ago by the three grand monotheistic religions has caused the decline of their power to stand for peace.
• The loss of human capacity of compassion
• The dualistic pattern of the inevitable fight between “bad” and “good”
• Human aggression towards animals and other beings of Gaia

TO EXPERIENCE AND SUPPORT CHANGES IN THE VITAL SPACE OF THE EARTH
The space and time structure is undergoing basic transformation at the causal levels – behind the scene of our 3D reality. Sooner or later the new multidimensional composition of reality will become our daily experience.
It is already now possible to get experiences of the new constitution of reality and by this to tune one’s body to the transforming process and to support changes globally. This is the purpose of the following Meditation of the Month. I propose several diverse possibilities as entry for the individual exploration.

1. Imagine sitting within the sphere of your environment (or the Earth as the whole). Turn slowly the sphere around your body in the direction of your back space till you arrive to the starting position.
   Be attentive to the changes in your perception. Listen to the possible messages. If desired you can take also the way back.
2. Another variation: Imagine a green dot further away in front of your heart centre. Go with the green dot around your body in the direction of your back space. It is the same path as the Sun is taking in the classical imagination of its circling around the Earth. That part of the path behind your back is equal to the night. The encircling of the body can be done also at the horizontal plane – also at different chakra levels.
3. This Gaia Touch hand cosmogram can be also of help:

• To represent the old body structure the hands should form a sphere in such a way that the tips of the corresponding fingers, including the thumbs, touch each other. We have formed a closed sphere that has a one-dimensional character like the ball of the Earth seen as a material object spinning around the Sun.
• To proceed towards the new body structure which is multidimensional we need to glide with one hand towards the left and the other to the right simultaneously (the finger tips touching) till we arrive to the following finger composition:
• Both small fingers touch the tips of the thumbs. The other three fingers are directed towards the open space at the left and right. Instead of a closed ball of the body we have an open structure allowing the breath of the Earth and the Universe to glide through.
• Not less important is the connection between both thumbs and the small fingers. It stands for the new driving force behind the human evolution and the evolution of the Earthly Cosmos. It can be identified as the power of consciousness (the small fingers) coupled with the inspiration of our sister evolutions with which we share the beauty of the Earth (the thumbs).

It is clear to everybody with open eyes that the present civilization is aggressive towards the plant and animal world. At least we consider them as composed of living beings even if they have no rights to protect their own integrity. But what about the mineral kingdom? Are minerals not another expression of Gaia consciousness? Are minerals not forced to work as slaves in our computers and all the machinery? Their capacity to memorize and to manifest ideas in the material form is too often abused for the purpose of human dominance over nature and over each other as human beings. Finally minerals are even not recognized as somebody.

The purpose of the Meditation of the month is to dedicate some moments of attention and appreciation to the fellow mineral world. To change human attitude towards minerals, we need to gather experiences of their living presence and their creative capacities. I have some proposals how to start:

1. Choose a stone or a crystal to sit in its aura in silence for a while. Get detached from all projections that humans project upon minerals. They even need to be free from their esoteric or other benevolently attached meaning. Just sit with it, allowing the stone or crystal to touch or address you in its own way. Be aware that minerals are masters of consciousness and communication.
2. You can profound this kind of experience with the help of a simple Gaia Touch exercise:
   • Decide upon a stone or a rock in nature. Find out how far it radiates. Stand at the edge of its energy field. If it is not possible to feel the edge, just choose your place.
   • Then push its energy field (not moving from your place) towards the stone helping yourself with the hands.
   • After a short while release the tension and allow the energy field to extend again towards you and by this to touch you. Now it will be easier to feel what the stone or rock is communicating. Stay with it for a while. Then choose another rock or stone to find out how different it is…
   • The exercise can be done in nature or with small stones or crystals at home.
3. Find the heart (core) of a stone, crystal or a rock. Allow that the ray of its presence touches you in your heart space. How does it feel?
   Send back along the same ray your love and appreciation for the consciousness of the mineral kingdom. Follow it while it gets from there distributed through the global network of crystals and minerals. Give thanks for their gift to the web of life.
