In several places in Europe, fences are built around countries. It reflects the tendency of the modern human being to close oneself into one’s own egocentric world; the narrowness of consciousness is its consequence.

To send a positive message into the world it needs to manifest the expanded space of consciousness and with it one’s love towards all beings and dimensions of the earthly Cosmos.

The proposed exercise is based upon:

  1. the numerical progression from 1 to 12
  2. which relates to the 12-dimensional model of our earthly reality in conversation with the corresponding cosmic dimensions. Imagine six of them placed at the back of your body (archetypal/cosmic realms) and six in front of your body (realms of manifestation/embodiment)

By experiencing the vastness of the 12-dimensional reality the tendency, to built fences around human body and around countries will be challenged with the will to open to the vastness and beauty of life.


  • Find your centre. It is usually to be found between the heart and plexus centres. Be present there for a while. (If it does not feel that you are centred properly, work first on centring yourself. The position of the centre might change in relationship to the given moment.)
  • Imagine stepping one step backwards and afterwards one step forward. (1-1)
  • Then step two steps backwards, followed by two steps forward. Do it by counting: 1-2, 1-2.
  • Then step three steps backward and three forward: 1-2-3, 1-2-3.
  • Take your self time in-between to experience the vastness of the spherical space that comes in existence around you.
  • Then step four steps backward and four steps forward. Do it by counting: 1-2-3-4, 1-2-3-4.
  • Then step five steps backward and five steps forward: 1-2-3-4-5, 1-2-3-4-5.
  • Take yourself time to experience the beauty of the spherical space that comes into existence around you.
  • Finally take six step backward and six steps forward by counting: 1-2-3-4-5-6, 1-2-3-4-5-6.
  • Take yourself time to experience the quality of the spherical space around you and then expand the information across the globe.

Do not go further then 6 steps to not fall out of the space of reality.

If you arrive only to a certain number and can not go further, do respect this notion. Next time it may go further. Work on transmuting the blockade.

The numerical rhythm can be supported by corresponding gestures with hands or by walking it bodily.

The exercise will be more effective if you do the steps each time in three directions simultaneously; backward – forward, left – right, downwards – upwards.
